Most recently with Innovative Concepts in Entertainment (ICE), Josh has made key contributions as a marketing and ecommerce leader for this international entertainment manufacturer. Promoted through a series of increasingly senior roles, he has led digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units—including aftermarket parts, plastics manufacturing, and home arcade gaming—serving as a key architect of ICE’s $10M+ ecommerce and digital marketing ecosystem.

 

As Ecommerce and Marketing Manager for ICE’s Parts & Service Division, Josh spearheaded a global ecommerce strategy across 140 countries, overseeing Shopify Plus development, digital advertising, analytics, and content marketing. His achievements include launching their first comprehensive digital advertising program, reducing order errors by 75% through improved UX and merchandising, and enhancing B2B functionality for major clients like Dave & Buster’s and Chuck E. Cheese. Results include streamlined operations, millions in additional annual revenue, and a strengthened customer experience across ICE’s largest recurring revenue segment.
