We want you to love your MITYO coasters. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at jkrouse@mityo.com or 716-997-5094, and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.

Damaged or defective items
If anything arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free of charge.

Returns
Unused items in their original condition can be returned for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned.
